Life With Young Adults

Well it has been so long since I have posted anything on my blog!!! The truth is I have been so busy with work and homelife. I know that is a lousy excuse, but it's the only one I can come up with!!! Both of my girls are home for the summer. We are so happy to see them, but our schedules are soooo different. They sleep late and go to bed late. Their dad and I get up early and go to bed early! Both will be working making some extra money to use when they return to college. One will be living in the same apt. with the same room-mate. The other will be living in a house with three other girls. (They all lived together in their sorority house last year!) I think they are each going to take a summer school class the second half of the summer. Right now that is up in the air. It is hard to believe the oldest has one more year and then ...THE REAL WORLD!!!!
As for me...I may be looking for a new job. WCPSS is getting rid of all part-time employees. My principal is really trying to fight this for me and my co-worker. Cross your fingers that she is successful!!! We should know by July 1st. Just in time for school to start! The hubby won a trip to Puerto Rico so we will be going there sometime soon. I'll keep you posted on that one.
